Our Seaside Cottage kit is typical of many homes of the Victorian age. This home could have been built in the 1860s. Its a three-story octagonal tower would give an unobstructed view of ships out at sea. Many a sailor's wife would spend hours in the third floor of such a tower waiting for that one special ship to be sighted. Sadly few such houses of this golden age remain today. Each kit comes with easy to follow instructions and painting recommendations

NOTE: These are metal kits that require painting cutting gluing and assembly. They are not for beginners.
