This is our only Victorian to be copied from a real home which is in Seattle Washington. Originally built in 1900 the house was later converted to a duplex. With all its original details intact it has been recently restored to its former beauty. Our paint scheme closely follows the current one. Each kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions and painting recommendations

NOTE: These are metal kits that require painting cutting gluing and assembly. They are not for beginners.
