The set includes one F7 Locomotive, three gondolas with "larger-than-life" toy robot loads, and one decorated caboose. Note that this is NOT A TOY and is intended for ages 15 and up. There are small parts that are choking hazards.

MTL's Description: Micro-Trains Line is celebrating Christmas this year by featuring a new collectable train set that brings back the charm and wonder of the early 20th century tin type toys. Designed as a Robot repair train, three brightly colored robot-man cars are carrying vital bits and pieces to keep toys running long past Christmas morning. The set includes a brightly decorated locomotive and caboose to set your train in motion.

NOTE: I thought it might not need to be stated, but evidently it does: IF YOUR LAYOUT HAS A TUNNEL, THESE "larger than life" robots JUST MIGHT NOT FIT THROUGHT THE TUNNEL OPENINGS! Common sense may be needed in this case. Thanks.

Packaging: This set will be offered in a combination of Jewel Case and Family Foam Nest packaging. The locomotive and caboose in each set will be packaged in jewel cases. The hoppers with fully decorated robot loads will be packaged in a custom cut family foam nest.

z.scale.hobo now offers two different pricing levels for our Micro-Trains locomotives to better compete against other dealers and to offer a better backed product option for those who are more interested in being supported in case something goes wrong.

UNTESTED: We will not test the locomotive, instead we simply pass it to you without any manipulations. Any issues with the locomotive will be under standard Micro-Trains warranty and we cannot help you with return shipping in case of defects or troubleshooting efforts. For issues, basic troubleshooting tips will be offered with no possibility return. Tips such as "try burning in the locos a bit longer," "manipulate pickup strips," dead units - "re-adjust circuit board yourself." In case of return back to MTL, you will need to pay for the return label yourself. Noise level and chassis wobble are not warranted! Mis-matched speed with other similar units or other MTL units is not cause for return.

TESTED: We test run the locomotive, we expose any basic faults and inform you ahead of time, fixing what we can. We also post a YouTube video of your locomotive on its final test run before we ship it to you. In case of defects upon receipt, we send you a pre-paid label to send the unit back to us for repair/refurbishment if necessary. Noise level and chassis wobble are not warranted! Units are not tested for speed matching and returns are not allowed for this issue.
