Description: A rare offering for z scale! This is a modern office building from Luetke! Building with 9 floors. Each floor can be individually customized. The facade is milled from red, through-dyed polystyrene. Attic and foyer glazing is clear and allows a good insight. The base plate is charcoal gray and has a recessed covered area. There is a spacious entrance foyer. In the roof area there is a fitness center with varied furnishings e.g. Fitness equipment, lounge chairs and a spa tub. On the roof, a helicopter landing pad is set up. The kit is CNC machined from solid-colored polystyrene also contains CNC cut sheet glass. Detailed, illustrated instruction manual. Inside building kit lighting for the foyer and the fitness center are included. SPECIAL OFFER: The colored lighted sign is now included in the kit #79411 $30 value, City Fitness. The installation of the sign is optional.
