This is a modern skyscraper from Luetke! 15-story office tower for the skyline of a big city. The two-story hall at the ground level provides a direct line of sight into the interior. Matching furniture to populate the ground level and the upper offices is part number 71101. Above the lower indented hall floors follow 12 ordinary office floors. At the top, the building has another indentation - a gallery level with surrounding terrace. The building has a curtain screened perforated facade. 2-color kit from dyed polystyrene plates, precision CNC milled, including transparent windows and various additional parts. Includes illustrated instruction sheets. EXTEND The building another 11 stories with the 73289 kit (see below).
