Manufacturer Description: With the two-part kit 'Coal Shop' we bring you a complete set for designing a commercial yard. This is kit #1.

The first kit includes a residential building with brick and plaster elements, historical advertising prints, and a single-story administrative annex with real wood cladding.

Adjacent to it is an elaborately designed boundary wall with an impressive entrance gate. The boundary wall can be expanded as required with the separately available Commercial Courtyard Wall (Item 809241).

For the storage of bulk goods, a classic coal bunker appearing to be built from railway sleepers is also part of this three-part kit.
