Z Scale Animek AM-3004 Low Boy Trailer and 2 Skid Loaders Kit z.scale.hobo's Price: $19.99 Dimensions: Low-Boy Trailer: 2.7in-L x 0.5in-W x 0.38inH (69x12x11mm) Skid Loaders: 0.71in-L x 0.34in-W x 0.41in-H (18x8.5x10.5mm) Description: Designed after a typical Lowboy trailer & typical skid loader design, these models incorporate several features used in the construction industry. Two "Caterpillar" skid loaders are included. To facilitate painting, some wood patterns are engraved on separated pieces on the flatbed. Comes with 3 construction barrier kits, with patterns engraved on them. The mud flaps have a Caterpillar logo engraved on them. Other added detail parts include construction lights and wide load flags. Also some 4x4s to hold the loaders in place on the flatbed. On the low-boy, the gooseneck is detachable, allowing you to model the unloading of the skid loaders. The Lowboy trailer is compatible with Animek's T800 Kenworth truck kit (AM-3000). Three different thickness templates are in the kit (0.023,0.015,0.010-inch.) Animek is a small Canadian company making laser cut wooden kits for z scale. Not short on details, these are quite complex kits. Recommended for intermediate to advanced modelers. NOTE: This is a kit that requires cutting, building and painting. Not for beginners.
